Collection
Free collection from our Birkenhead shop on Oxton Road. Choose Collection from Birkenhead shop at checkout and collect during opening hours: Monday–Wednesday 9am–5:30pm, Thursday–Friday 9am–5pm, Saturday 9am–4pm (closed Sunday).
Local delivery
£20 per order, delivered by our own local team to these postcodes: CH1–CH4, CH41–CH49, CH60–CH66 and L1–L24. If your address is in our area, Local Delivery is offered at checkout.

Gas and dual-fuel appliances are connected by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Freestanding microwaves don't need installing.
Taking your old appliance away
We'll take your old appliance away for recycling when we deliver your new one, with or without installation. It's £25 for most appliances, or £30 for fridges, freezers and fridge freezers because of specialist disposal. Unless you've added installation, your old appliance must be disconnected and ready for collection. Removal is only available with local delivery.
