Do you have a showroom I can visit?
Yes, we have a showroom at 39 Oxton Road, Birkenhead, CH41 2QQ. You can see a range of appliances on display, speak to our team, and get expert advice. We're open Monday to Wednesday 9am-5:30pm, Thursday to Friday 9am-5pm, and Saturday 9am-4pm.
What delivery and installation options do you offer?
Each product is offered with three service options at checkout: collect from our Birkenhead shop (the lowest price), local delivery only, or delivery with installation and recycling of your old appliance. Local delivery, installation, and old-appliance recycling are all available across Wirral and surrounding areas — pick the option that suits you when you order.
Can you install built-in appliances?
Yes, our delivery team can install freestanding appliances. For built-in/integrated appliances, we can arrange installation by one of our engineers. Just let us know when you order and we'll quote for installation.
Do you offer price matching?
Yes, we'll match prices from major online retailers like AO.com. Just show us the price and the product, and we'll match it. You still get the same service options (local delivery, installation, and old-appliance recycling) and the local aftercare we're known for.
What happens if my new appliance develops a fault?
All new appliances come with a manufacturer's warranty (usually 1-2 years). Because we're a local business with our own engineers, we can often get faults sorted faster than the national retailers. We're here to help.
Do you sell ex-display or refurbished appliances?
We occasionally have ex-display models available at reduced prices. Visit our showroom or call us to ask what's currently available. All ex-display items are fully checked and come with a warranty.
