Tumble dryers require proper maintenance to stay safe. Always clean the lint filter after every use, and have your vent hose checked regularly. If your dryer smells of burning or gets excessively hot, stop using it immediately and call us for an inspection.

Can you repair heat pump dryers?
Yes, we repair all three types: vented, condenser, and heat pump tumble dryers. Heat pump models have additional components but our engineers are trained to work on all of them.
My dryer smells of burning — is this dangerous?
A burning smell should be taken seriously. Stop using the dryer, unplug it, and call us. It could be lint build-up near the element, a failing belt, or worn bearings — all of which need prompt attention.
How often should I clean the lint filter?
After every single use. A clogged lint filter reduces drying performance and is a fire risk. For condenser dryers, also clean the condenser unit monthly.
Is it worth repairing an old tumble dryer?
