As a general rule, if your washing machine is less than 7-8 years old, a repair is usually worthwhile. We'll always give you honest advice — if the repair cost is close to the price of a new machine, we'll let you know. We also sell quality washing machines in our Birkenhead showroom if you decide to replace.

All repairs come with a 6-month guarantee on parts fitted.

It depends on the fault. Simple repairs like a new door seal or pump are usually cost-effective regardless of age. Major repairs like drum bearings on an older machine may not be worthwhile — we'll advise you honestly.
